BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management

Diploma of Leadership and Management focuses on providing the skills and knowledge required by a Business Manager or Leader working across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Where these individuals are required to use their initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.  They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Australian Smart College is providing this training for international students who are interested in undertaking training in Australian Leadership and Management knowledge and skills. These students will be either:

• Seeking to enter directly into
• Progressing into
• Or require formal qualifications for
• the position of business leader or manager – where such positions might include:
• Business Manager
• Department or Section Manager
• Team Leader
• Senior Supervisor Or seeking to acquire the Diploma in Leadership and Management as a pathway to further advanced studies e.g. Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
